Cancellation Policy

Policies & Terms 1. Service Guarantee • All work is performed by qualified professionals using industry-standard practices. • We stand behind the quality of our services and will address any workmanship issues reported within 7 days of job completion. 2. Pricing & Fees • Quotes are provided upfront before starting work. • Payment is due upon job completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. • If the client’s location is more than 1 hour driving distance from our service base, or if the appointment duration exceeds 1 hour, an additional $50 fee will be applied. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling • Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a $50 cancellation fee. 4. Liability & Safety • Clients are responsible for ensuring the work area is safe and accessible. • We are not liable for pre-existing issues, damages caused by hidden structural problems, or complications arising from previous repairs done by third parties. 5. Materials & Supplies • Standard materials are included in the estimate unless otherwise stated. • Specialty or custom materials may require a deposit prior to ordering. 6. General Terms • By booking a service, the client agrees to these policies. • Policies apply across all offered services (renovations, plumbing, fencing, deck repair, and handyman work).
